I work at Cupertino and have a kid almost ready for elementary school. Cupertino schools are good but the house prices are ridiculously high. I started with a budget of $500k and now willing to spend $600k but still can’t find a decent single family home. I see some good houses around 800K but not if they are worth the investment.
I thought about moving to Sunnyvale/Santa Clara but then I have to send my kid to private school and paying thousands of dollars every month for elementary school doesn’t make sense to me. I’m confused and need advise.
