Bay area real estate prices declining?

I’ve been wanting to buy a home near Mountain View area for a couple years now (since 2009). I’ve been waiting for the house prices to reach their lowest and can’t decide if right now is the best time. Are bay area home prices going to decline further? Should I wait longer?
